I had a case where inbound calls were routing to the Main hunt group and needed to be routed to the following overflow hunt groups:
- Second Hunt Group – Collective ringing of all members in the group
- Third Hunt Group – Sequential ringing of all members in the group
- Overflow Hunt Group - Configured to ring into Auto Attendant
Initially, I tried configuring a single overflow hunt group for each hunt group so that they were in serial chain. This method did now work. Ultimately, I had to add them all to the Overflow list under the Main Hunt Group in the specific order that I wanted the call coverage path to flow.
